Online payment fees
Each charge receives exactly one TackDesk fee rate based on what it pays for: recurring charges use the subscription management fee, while one-time charges use the payment automation fee. The two rates never stack on the same charge. A payment covering both kinds of charges is split accordingly.
A 0.7% subscription management fee applies to the portion of an online payment allocated to recurring charges. The payment automation fee does not apply to those charges.

It is a barn-set charge for the option of paying online, not a pass-through of processing costs. Availability may vary by payment method and location, and barns are responsible for complying with rules that apply to them.
No. Like Stripe's own processing fees, TackDesk billing fees are earned when a charge succeeds and are not returned on refunds because the billing automation already ran. TackDesk support can refund fees in exceptional cases such as a TackDesk error.
No. TackDesk billing fees apply only to online payments processed through TackDesk. Manually recorded cash, check, or external payments do not incur TackDesk billing fees.
