Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use TackDesk to:

• Break any applicable law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation.
• Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Discriminate unlawfully, threaten, harass, abuse, defame, exploit, or endanger a person or animal.
• Facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, deceptive practices, illegal gambling, or other unlawful activity.
• Create, send, or support unlawful or unsolicited communications, including spam or messages that violate consent and opt-out requirements.

Barn, client, owner, horse, billing, agreement, and health-related information must be handled carefully and only for legitimate, authorized purposes.

• Enter, upload, collect, use, or share information you do not have a lawful right or appropriate authorization to handle.
• Expose another person's credentials, payment information, private records, signed documents, or sensitive information without authorization.
• Knowingly falsify identity, ownership, vaccination, medical, safety, agreement, invoice, payment, or other material records.
• Use generic fields or notes to bypass permissions and place sensitive information where people without the appropriate role can access it.
• Use owner shares, client links, public payment links, forms, signing links, or other public features to mislead recipients or obtain information improperly.

You may not attack, disrupt, or bypass the Services.

• Probe, scan, test, or exploit a vulnerability without TackDesk's prior written authorization.
• Access or attempt to access an account, workspace, record, file, token, or system without permission.
• Circumvent authentication, permissions, rate limits, plan limits, usage caps, or other technical controls.
• Transmit malware, harmful code, corrupted data, or content intended to disrupt a device or service.
• Interfere with the availability, integrity, performance, or normal use of TackDesk or a connected service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or copy the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it or through a published interface used as documented.
• Use automation in a way that places unreasonable load on the Services or harms other users.

Financial, communication, and agreement features must be used transparently and only with appropriate authority.

• Use billing, payment, refund, credit, fee, or subscription features to deceive a payer, hide the nature of a charge, or evade legal obligations.
• Submit stolen or unauthorized payment methods or knowingly facilitate fraudulent transactions.
• Misrepresent a barn-set charge as a TackDesk or payment-provider charge.
• Send communications without the permissions required by law or ignore applicable unsubscribe and consent requirements.
• Use documents, agreements, or signatures to impersonate a signer, alter evidence, or misrepresent consent.

You agree to protect your account and use TackDesk responsibly.

• Keep credentials, devices, access links, and tokens secure.
• Use accurate registration, billing, and organization information.
• Assign the least access each user needs and remove access promptly when it is no longer appropriate.
• Maintain reasonable safeguards for exported or downloaded information.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, security issues, or abuse.

TackDesk may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit a feature, request corrective action, suspend access, terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report activity to appropriate authorities.

When practical, we will consider the nature, severity, duration, and risk of the conduct and may provide notice and an opportunity to correct it. We may act immediately when continued access presents a security, legal, financial, safety, or operational risk.
